The Eden Estate Venue Rental Information:

Monday - Thursday day rental $5000

Friday - Sunday day rental $6500

*day rental is 10am-10pm

The pricing includes the 17 acres of the Estate.

Exclusive access to all the venue spaces we offer for you to use creatively:

  • The Lake

  • The Vineyard

  • The Bridal Cottage

  • Truck Stage

If the party has more than 75 guests we require rental of a portable event bathroom. 

We can coordinate a local vendor*  

The Pavilion can accommodate up to 150 guests.

For events with over 150 guests, we offer options for event tents and open-air seating to accommodate your needs. Please inquire for more details!

Overnight rental $1000 a night. The Vintage Inn sleeps 8 and the Bridal Suite sleeps 2.
